About this house rental

Located in Theuville-aux-Maillots, this welcoming vacation home brings it all within your reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Tapovan Normandie, or easily tackle the 9-minute drive to Base de loisirs du Lac de Caniel.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 1830-sq-ft vacation home, which also offers a BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Très jolie longère Normande , cadre idyllique , proche de la mer....amoureux de la nature, foncez les yeux fermés !!! Et que dire de Sabrina...et bien tout simplement EFFICACE!!! Répond très rapidement aux messages que ce soit mail ou téléphonique, on ressent nettement son implication pour le bien être de ses occupants...ce qui a tendance à se perdre chez certaines personnes... Pour être bref...séjour au top, loueuse exceptionnelle de part sa manière d'être , et tranquilité absolue!!!

Très belle chaumière en pleine campagne. Un beau jardin où les enfants ont pu jouer. Maison bien équipée et bien chauffée. Tres belle cheminée pour de belles soirées. Près de la côte ce qui nous a permis de visiter plusieurs plages.

We are two families with 4 children between us, who came to stay in the house. It was perfect for us. The garden is lovely and the kids enjoyed playing outside. Beaches and villages are a short drive away. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort et décorée avec gout. Nous avons apprécié le feu de cheminée et le charme de la chaumière avec son grand jardin. Dépaysement garanti! Une mention spéciale à l'accueil réservé par Sabrina et Steeve aux petits soins avec nous ! :)

Un week-end mémorable
Un week-end mémorable
Nous sommes venus à 8 jeunes, entre amis et ils nous ont fait confiance du début à la fin. La communication est très facile et l'accueil des plus chaleureuse. Sabrina (personnel de la conciergerie) a été aux petits soins avec nous ! Quant à la propriété, elle est spacieuse, charmante, un jardin pour se détendre, une grande table, deux salles de bains, etc. On était loin de se marcher dessus ! La cuisine est mieux équipée que chez nous, chaque détail est pensé. Nous avons eu également le droit à un panier d'accueil, bien garni et très plaisant. La propriété est idéalement située, non loin de Fécamp (et de la bénédictine !), ou encore d'Etretat. Il y a aussi un lac avec des activités à proximité. Nous pouvons conclure que c'est avec joie que nous reviendrons.

Magnifique séjour chez Laurent.La maison est merveilleuse. Grande,Restaurée avec gout,tout en préservant le caractère De cette authentique Chaumière normande. Au calme de la campagne,et proche de plusieurs plages. Nous recommandons grandement ce lieux,et reviendrons dès que possible. Encore merci pour la petite inttention à notre arrivée.C’était délicieux :) Bonne continuation, et à bientôt Encore un grand merci
