This charming longère is ideally located, halfway between the beaches and the centre of the village of Trégastel. Everything can easily be reached on foot.
The house features a spacious living area, four bedrooms, a beautiful garden and a terrace.
With its 13 beaches, Trégastel is a true gem at the heart of the magnificent Pink Granite Coast. All the village amenities — bakery, butcher, grocery store and newsagent — are within walking distance, while Trégastel’s supermarket is just a two-minute drive away.
This 400-year-old longère is full of character and charm. Its garden is a little hidden gem, filled with beautiful species of plants and flowers, including roses, agapanthus, hydrangeas, fuchsias and grapevines, as well as a majestic mimosa tree that seems to embrace the house.
I am always available to help guests with recommendations for walks, activities and places to visit, and of course to answer any questions they may have about the house or the surrounding area.
The house is located along a small, winding lane. This peaceful little corner is wonderfully quiet and picturesque.
In our village, the most convenient ways to get around are by car, bicycle or on foot.
