About this house rental
My name is Magali, this house is the one of my childhood, the family home that I renovated in order to meet the needs of my future tenants as closely as possible. Its location is ideal to fully enjoy the joys and colors of the sea in all seasons. This house is called the Three Beaches because it is central between the Grève des Curés, the Grève Blanche and the Grève Rose. We look forward to welcoming you to this little cocoon!
The accommodation
Exceptional location for this pretty typical Breton cottage in pink granite on three levels completely renovated with a tarrasse with a view of the sea and beaches, facing south.
Waterfront 20 meters from the beach. We will welcome our first tenants from July 30, 2022.
A 10-minute walk from amenities, shops, a shopping center...
Golf Saint-Samson 18-hole course at 3.5 km, nautical club at 200 meters.
300 meters from a straw hut to have a drink or eat a pancake in summer. .. restaurant 150 meters away open all year round.
To make you feel at home, we provide you with everything you need.
The house is composed of a living room (sofa, dining table, small bar, 125cm TV, wifi and internet TV, sound column music in Bluetooth or usb..) with open kitchen with sea view, access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped: sink, dishwasher, oven, small island, everything you need, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, plancha, raclette machine...

At your disposal: 2 kayaks and 1 paddle. We recommend the personal flotation devices at your disposal for the use of Kayaks and paddles.
1 large garage with washing machine, dryer, sink.
Relaxation area in the garage with bar, table football, darts and table tennis. Lots of beach games and toys for children.

Ideal for lovers of water sports, diving, fishing... you can store all your equipment in it.
A small cooler at your disposal for picnics.

The accommodations are located close to all amenities (bakery, grocery stores, food store, bookshop, library, Saint-Samson golf course, nautical club, equestrian centers, beaches, restaurants, Ploumanac'h, the GR passes in front of the house...)
Every Monday morning, you can walk to the local market in Trégastel, many local and fresh products await you.

Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. The house must be left clean.
If you want a cleaning fee to relieve you of this task, it will be charged on the day you move into the accommodation at a price of 100 euros.
