STAVROS amazing apartment in the centre of KOS

Struttura super accogliente. La casa è decisamente molto grande, la particolarità è l'enorme terrazzo che la circonda... incantevole! Di notte si sta una favola perché tenendo tutte le finestre aperte si crea un'ottima corrente che fa dormire sonni piacevoli e tranquilli.

Il bagno un po' vecchio, le tende potrebbero anche essere un po' meno, ma per il resto tutto top!

Tolle Dachterasse, Lage perfekt: nicht weit zum Strand oder zur Altstadt, Klimaanlage, Küche alles da was man braucht. Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Er hat unsere Fragen immer sofort beantwortet, uns zum Supermarkt oder zum Busbahnhof gefahren. Jederzeit wieder

After a disappointing start, we ended up having a good time. The apartment was in a great location. Stavros provided us with plenty of water, a beer, iced tea and information, and took us to the docks for our onward journey. The apartment was comfortable and we had some nice mornings/evenings on the balcony.

When we arrived at the apartment, we were told it was already occupied and that we would be staying in a smaller apartment, lower down in the building. This was due to an error when booking, which I do not blame Stavros. We were particularly disappointed as we had booked the apartment well in advance, specifically for the look of the room and the view. Stavros knew about this error in January, and did not tell us until we arrived, leaving us with no option but to stay. He offered us two extra nights, or a free stay next year, which we could not take up. We asked for a free night on this stay, which Stavros gave us without a fuss. I appreciate this, but am still disappointed that we weren't informed of the issue in January, where we could have made an informed choice whether to stay in the other apartment or not. The apartment was nice enough, except for shaving hairs that had not been cleaned from the shelf in the bathroom.

I stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment for 3 days and my holiday was just perfect. Mr. Stavros met me when arrived and gave me all the necessary information and tips to visit Kos in the best way. He was really the kindest host, he lives in the same building so he is at your disposal all the time, in case you need. The apartment is super clean, very cozy, it has an amazing terrace with a beautiful view on Kos Town. Its position is excellent. About 5 min from the main bus stop and from the port.
