Great place for relaxing vacation

The owner has provided warm and friendly welcome. Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. It has been recently refurbished, so all equipment is new and works great. Each room has big LCD panel with SmartTV. All required cleaning supplies (including one for dish-washing machine) were provided. The apartment has a view on a quite big pool with heated water and two lifeguards' supervision. The pool is much less crowded in the afternoon than in the morning. Underground parking place is very useful, since it's hard to find free place on the territory during high season. The beach is in 5-10 minutes of walk across the park with long bicycle track, which goes from Kołobrzeg to the several nearest towns along the coast. The beach lane is very wide with a lot of space for kids.

Lokalizacja na pewno wspaniała idealnie przy lesie prowadzącym na plażę. Cicha okolica. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne podczas pobytu. Nawet zapas kawy i herbaty, przyprawy. To na plus na pewno. Przywitał nas właściciel to też ok, bo szybciej można załapać jak działają sprzęty, dopytać w razie ewentualnych wątpliwości.

Właściciel poinformował nas niezgodnie ze stanem faktycznym w temacie pracy sauny. Informacja była że od 16:00 -22:00 obie są włączone, nie trzeba nic zgłaszać wcześniej. Chyba że zależy nam na innych godzinach. Tymczasem 1 -sucha sauna miała awarię (powinien wiedzieć) a druga była włączana na życzenie. Gdy przyszliśmy ok 20:00 już nie zdarzyła by się nagrzać byśmy mogli skorzystać. Kominek w apartamencie nie działa jest wyłączony. To właśnie sauna i kominek zdecydowały że wzięliśmy akurat ten apartament (ofert w okolicy było mnóstwo) i z niczego nie skorzystaliśmy. W apartamencie zimno i to, że grzejniki za późno włączone przed naszym przyjazdem to jedno, ale drugie to nieszczelne okna. Wiało z nich strasznie. Zaslanialismy je czym się dało, dopiero 3-go dnia można było bez koca wysiedzieć. W nocy przykrywalismy się kocami (naszymi). To bardzo na minus gdy ktoś przyjeżdża poza latem. Brak segregacji śmierci-1 kosz- w salonie:/. Pochłaniacz bez podłączenia do wentylacji, dziura w szafce :/ Łóżko w sypialni bardzo miękkie, plecy odpadają. Na szczęście narożnik twardszy.

vier Sterne-Aufenthalt in Kolberg

Wir wurden sehr nett von Daniel Pilewski empfangen und bekamen eine hervorragende Einweisung für die Unterkunft und für Sehenswürdigkeiten in und rundum Kolberg. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen längeren Urlaub braucht. Selbst ein Windschutz für den Strandgänger ist vorhanden nebst Gummihammer für die Befestigung. 😉(habe ich noch nirgendwo gesehen) Uns standen ein Fitnessraum und drei verschiedene Saunen zu Verfügung, die wir aber aufgrund unseres nur 3 Tätigen Aufenthalt nicht nutzten. Das gesamte Gelände ist umzäunt und mit einer Fernbedienung zugänglich sowie die zur Unterkunft gehörende Tiefgarage. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Prei-Leistungsverhältnis und hervorragenden Gastgebern. Vielen Dank an Daniel und seiner Frau Jörn

Schöner Ostsee-Osterurlaub in moderner Anlage mit grenzwertigem Bett

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Whatsapp. Schlüsseln fanden wir mit Code und Schlüsselsafe. Appartement in einer sehr sicheren, ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage. Eigene verschlossene Box in einer Tiefgarage für Auto. Wertvolles Küchenequipment. Alles da. Sandstrand in ca. 500 Meter zu erreichen. Saune, Fitnessraum, Spielzimmer waren inkludiert, wir benutzen diese allerdings nicht.

Einkaufsstress durch verwirrende Terminangaben für persönliches Kennenlernen (hätten wir nicht gebraucht). Das niedrige Bett war sehr unbequem, weil die Matratze durchgelegen war. Nur eine dünne kleine Decke für zwei Personen.
