Nette kleine Unterkunft (Appartement), sehr sauber und ordentlich!
Alles reibungslos geklappt und wirklich günstig!
Naja dass die Wohnung normal privat genutzt wird und alles an Kleidung, Schuhe usw. im Appartment sind ist ungewöhnlich. Aber mei, Kurzaufenthalt ist in Ordnung.

Der Gastgeber war stets für uns ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und "stadtnah". Das Örtchen ist auch sehr schön. Leider hatten wir nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Leinfelden-Echterdingen.
Beim nächsten Mal mit mehr Zeit. Das Apartment ist definitiv zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und werden dann auch wieder hier buchen!!!

I asked the owner for late checkout for a small fee - and it was not a problem, which helped me a lot. Good place for short stay as a stopover etc.

I had a wonderful stay at Phil’s Cozy. The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly suited for guests planning a longer stay. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home.
The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, which made it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
One of the biggest advantages is the great location. It’s very close to the bus station and conveniently near the airport, making travel simple and stress-free.
Overall, everything about this accommodation was excellent. I would definitely recommend Phil’s Cozy to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.
