I asked the owner for late checkout for a small fee - and it was not a problem, which helped me a lot. Good place for short stay as a stopover etc.

I had a wonderful stay at Phil’s Cozy. The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly suited for guests planning a longer stay. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home.
The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, which made it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
One of the biggest advantages is the great location. It’s very close to the bus station and conveniently near the airport, making travel simple and stress-free.
Overall, everything about this accommodation was excellent. I would definitely recommend Phil’s Cozy to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig, sehr netter Gastgeber, schöne Wohnung mit gemütlicher Fußbodenheizung und großem Fernseher, sehr sauber. Könnte nicht besser sein!

Super Kommunikation, sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, liebevoll eingerichtetes gemütliches Appartment mit allem, was man für ein oder zwei Nächte braucht. LAge zur Messe und Flughafen ist super, in 10 Minuten ist man dort
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Es gibt nix zum Beschweren :-)
