I came from Canada on a business trip and I loved my experience The staff was amazing. Environment was good every time I Call and I ask for service it was it was given to me on five star basis. I love it there.

Breakfast was ok and so was the room service.
The room was smelling of stale cigarette smell and since the windows cannot be opened, the smell could not go out.
No hand towels in the bathroom.
