3 bedroom character cottage, less than 10 minutes walk to dog friendly sandy beach and the dog friendly White Horse pub. Off street parking, large enclosed garden. 1 King, 1 double and 1 single bedroom sleeping 5. Patio with garden furniture, BBQ and summer house. Conservatory, open fire, wifi and secure bike storage in utility room. Ideal for walking, bird watching and exploring the North Norfolk. Wifi Radio, Bluetooth speaker, smart TV, washing machine, separate dryer. Dish washer, microwave, fridge, separate freezer. Pets welcome.

A very welcoming cosey cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well equipped and convenient for the beach and pub, but just a few niggles, wet room very small, fan oven very noisy and the bottom of the fridge was wet when I emptied it on leaving this morning.

The most important things I want from a holiday booking is:Comfortable bed and seating.CleanlinessLocationParkingSecure gardenAmenities- fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This cottage had all of it plus more. Large garden, summer house, conservatory. A very handy room to lock dogs in and wet boots etc.Walking distance to pub with bakery.Walking distance to lovely, dog friendly beach.Secure parking behind a gate, driveway positioned by front door so easy to load and unload.

Easy to find, lovely garden, fab location. Lounge very gloomy and sofa dominates the room.and is not very comfortable. Other rooms ok. Need chairs in bedrooms.
