The location of the apartment was super close to all the restaurants and malls for your pleasant stay, in just walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful for anything you’d want to have and know about your stay in Torremolinos, recommending nice local restaurants and places to visit. They offered sun umbrella, beach towels and using their washing machine. Every day they were offering cleaning the room which was very helpful and they were very kind to offer anything you would need for a perfect stay.

Very nice host. We had everything we needed, room is clean and comfortable. The beach, train stop and bus stop are within walking distance, not more than 10 min walking to the beach. We are happy with the choice.

Very good money for what you get.

For me was a perfect location. I stay 7 nights and I visit many places. The bed was comfortable, wi-fi was very good. Guillermo, the owner of this place, was very nice and very helpful. Shops was close and so was the beach .

If you have a big car it is a little bit tricky to go to this property. For some people may be a problem the train who move in the tunel. For me was not a problem.

Good location for a good value

All was fine, nice and clean, very friendly and helpful owners living on the other side of the building. Good location, quiet street and very close to the center. The only thing that you have to get used to is the distant rumbling sound of the train running in the tunnels nearby, but this is specific to this location and not related to the house. On the other hand, you have 7 mins walk to the train station of the C1 train going between Malaga and Fuengirola, so it is easy to get there if you have no car. And it is very quiet at night, so I slept well there :-)

A lovely place and the owners are amazing.

The apartment is perfectly situated for everything we needed. Cafés, beach, shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets etc. the town centre with lots of shops and cafes is just a short walk away and it's buzzing. There's also plenty of money exchange shops there too if you need to exchange your currency to euros. The owners are amazing. Really lovely and so helpful. Regular cleaning if we wanted and clean bedding towels ect always available. There's a microwave,fridge, kettle, toaster, cups, plates and cutlery etc in the apartment which is handy for breakfast and plenty of hot water for showers. There's a terrace with tables and chairs to sit in the sun and the apartment is in a secure complex with a locked gate in a residential part just on the edge of the town centre so it's relaxing and peaceful. There's a regular bus service a few meters up the road and the train station is only 5 minutes away. I have stayed at the casitas before and always enjoyed my stay. It's my first choice when available when looking for an apartment to rent. I will definitely go back again and again

The owner was really nice and helpfull We got there late, but she waited for us. Minus is that it's both resident an tourist. So we where not able to sit and talk on the balcony after 23.00 without being yelled at.. otherwise good value for the money

great residential location just a few minutes walk into town

great location in a quiet residential zone, yet just a few minutes walk into town, spotlessly clean, friendly welcome, nice gardens

just need to mention that the train tunnel is behind the property so it vibrates for a few seconds when a train passes, only a few seconds but was a surprise the first time - the trains do not run very late at night so no problem sleeping, but they do start early

Very comfortable for motorcycle travelers.

We were satisfied our stay there. We came with motorcycle and the host let us park motorcycle inside the yard though it was wrote that there isn't parking available. Location is perfect, town center and beach are very close.

Fijn verblijf

Las casitas ligt vlakbij het strand en vlakbij veel eetgelegenheden ook zijn er kleine supermarkten in de buurt en 1 grotere. Het is rustig gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. Lekker veel ruimte om het huis met parkeer mogelijkheid. De eigenaren zijn super aardig en geven je een warm welkom. Oke de trein waar iedereen het over heeft hoor je inderdaad maar dat is 4 sec en dan is het geluid weer weg wij hebben dit niet als storend ervaren. De weg naar het huisje is in het begin iets hellend maar daarna vlak absoluut niet steil.

Wij kunnen niks bedenken en daarom komen wij over 2 weken weer terug.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Wir sind öfters gereist ,aber so einen netten Gastgeber Ehepaar ,haben wir noch nie gehabt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Preis Leistung ist SUPER! Unweit von Bajondilllo Beach , Playa Rincon del Sol und Carihuella Beach. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Der Innenhof ist schön , sauber und gut durchdacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

De locatie is fantastisch. Alles op loop afstand: winkels, Restaurants en het openbaarvervoer. De personeel is alert. Hij reageert super snel. Hij is erg behulpzaam.

Una estancia maravillosa para descansar y relajarse, con unas buenas instalaciones, muy limpias, sin ruido ninguno y el trato por parte de los dueños ha sido excepcional. Lo recomiendo 100% si lo que buscas es descansar y pasar unos días en la playa ya que está a pocos minutos andando.

Pokój bardzo, bardzo czysty. Łóżka wygodne, pościel pachnąca. Bardzo przyjemny pokój. W pokoju czekała na nas woda, dziękujemy :) Ręczniki, czajnik i podstawowe akcesoria kuchenne, super. W łazience czyściutko, pachnąco. Były szampon i odżywka do włosów, oraz pięknie pachnący żel pod prysznic. Właściciele bardzo mili, meldowaliśmy się wieczorem po przylocie, Pan czekał na nas. Jak wyjeżdzaliśmy, mogliśmy jeszcze zostawić nasze bagaże i odebrać po południu, to było bardzo miłe, dziękujemy. Dom w centrum, a w slepej uliczce jakoś na uboczu, gdzie cisza i spokój. Super miejscówka. Bliziutko przystanek autobusowy i do plaży też nie daleko. Miasteczko ładne z piękną plażą i promenadą. Szczerze polecam wszystkim.
