**** Parking Fee Update****
The fee is $40 per vehicle. You can have a max of two vehicles. Your pass(es) will be available in the managers office on the first floor.
Wonderful top floor beachside condo located in a low density complex (48 units) and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and Sea N Suds. The master suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed (bathroom located in hallway) and the upstairs loft (separate mini split a/c unit) has one full size and two twin beds and is accessed using a spiral staircase.
Enjoy relaxing on your spacious private balcony and watch the seagulls play!
The beach, swimming pool and barbecue grills are just steps away from your front door which is also located close to the elevator. You can be on the beach in seconds. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the large private beach.
This unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are NOT allowed. Any evidence of pets or smoking will result in forfeiture of rent and/or eviction. ****Note****
If someone in your party has allergies to animals, the ower does have a small dog. It is hypoallergenic, but "hypoallergenic" dogs simply means low animal dander.No dog is 100% allergen free.
There is a keyless entry keypad. You will be given the code several days prior to arrival. There is a back-up key located on the wall in a seperate lock box. If that key is used, and is not replaced, a replacement fee will be assessed based on what the locksmith charges.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.

Perfect home to stay when visiting Alabama, quick access to the beach, pool for the kids to take a break from the beach. Great location, closed to the Hangout and the pier. Just great overall will be staying here next time we come back to Alabama. About the only small issue we ran into is that for a house that holds up to 8 people, there was no extra toilet paper and only one trash bag to replaced with in each trash cans.

Loved the condo and the property - much smaller than other complexes and way less crowded at the beach. Walking distance from lots of places and I love that the owners use the place… makes everything feel more homey!

Condo was very cute. First time in a condo rather than a house. The furniture in the living area, especially the two rockers need to be replaced. We were disappointed in the lack of cookware that was available. We were pretty much forced not to cook which with 7 of us was a bit of a stretch for our budget. And for the first time ever in a VRBO we were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for a week and we're told to replace what we used. Based on the cost of the unit for that amount of time and the issues we had with the TV, which caused real issues with our photo shoot, I would have to give this one a "B-". If they want to compete with the hotels in the area, I at least expect to not have to pay for toilet paper and paper towels. We made the extra effort to clean up as well. Most towels were washed and folded prior to us leaving as well.
