About this house rental
Welcome to your new vacation oasis! E-Sea Breezy Cottage has made its way to the vacation rental program to offer all guests their new home away from home. With new updates and beach vibes, you're likely to make this your yearly vacation cottage.
Entering the home, you will immediately find yourself in the shared living space. With cool tones and subtle pops of color, the light from the sliding glass doors really brings tranquility and comfort to the home. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for making some home-cooked meals while on vacation. Coffee lovers be sure to pack those K-Cups because there is a Keurig for your morning cup of Joe. The best place to savor that cup is definitely on the spacious deck, while the sun rises over the water (trust me on this one).
The dining area is complete with a table, chairs, and bench seating so the entire family can gather and compare shark teeth before dinner. Once dinner is over, everyone can head to the beautifully appointed living room that has a comfy sectional and flat-screen tv so you can enjoy the ocean view while catching up on your shows.
This cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom is located adjacent to the kitchen and has a Queen bed to sleep two. A full bathroom is across the hall for all bedrooms to share. Bunk beds and bright colors in the kid's room ensure fun times indoors for the small ones. Feel free to bring your favorite DVDs to watch movies on the flat screen before bedtime. The master bedroom is by far the brightest with salmon-colored walls to contrast the lovely white bedspread over the plush Queen bed. This bedroom also has a half bath attached for the guests. There is a washer and dryer downstairs in the storage unit, as well as a small charcoal grill for guest use.
Located just blocks from downtown Surf City, close to beach access, and in a quiet neighborhood E-Sea Breezy Cottage is sure to be your new favorite beach house! Pack your flip-flops, k-cups, and good vibes, and make your way to the cutest cottage on Topsail Island.

We had another great stay. There was a maintenance issue while we were there that was resolved very quickly by management. The property was clean and the location is about as good as you can get.

We were looking for a small place that was close to the beach and this was exactly what we wanted! We were across the street from the beach which was very convenient for coming back for lunch. The porch had ample seating with a swing and table. The house was decorated with a beach theme.
Our only complaint was there was literally no supplies in the house. No toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, or dishwasher detergent. Most rentals come with starter packs so this was a little off putting. You also have to bring your own linens and towels or rent them. All in all a good trip for the price.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and well kept, and had an excellent location right across the street from beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming 2nd row cottage located within steps of public beach access—a perfect location.
With the hefty cleaning fee, though, what’s with all the sand spurs in the carpet we kept stumbling across and pricking our feet on all week—did they not even try to vacuum before turning the place over?
We had a great time the first 6 days. On the 7th day the AC broke. In a house where a sign on every window reads DO NOT OPEN WINDOW.
No problem, said the person at Lewis Realty, we’ll get someone out this afternoon to fix it.
We left for the day and returned at 10 PM to a hot house, almost 90 degrees. Lewis Realty was quick to respond to texts: So sorry! The maintenance request must’ve slipped through the cracks. Someone will be there tomorrow. We’ll get some portable fans out to help.
We ended up sleeping outside where it was cooler (under a lightning storm).
When we followed up with Lewis Realty they offered to waive the reservation fee if we agreed to rent from them next summer.
The reservation fee for next summer? How about this year's cleaning or maintenance fee or, better yet, a pro-rated night altogether?
Again—it’s a great location.
