Elegant Beach rental for casual enjoyment.

Loved our stay at this luxurious home! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities. Well equipped kitchen, every bedroom had its own bathroom, comfortable beds, outdoor shower was wonderful after a day at the beach, easy walk to the beach, property overlooks inlet and views of intercostal from the deck off living room. Great location, too! There are many new restaurants and bars in surf city and we found it easy to take a stroll down the beach to have lunch or a cocktail when we needed relief from the sun. We have rented many homes on topsail but never had a host who provided everything from phone chargers in bedrooms, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs. So convenient - especially since we flew from CT so could only fit so much in our suitcases. Host was wonderful and very responsive. I can’t recommend this house enough and can’t wait to come back!

I would absolutely stay at this property again and plan to return next summer!! It is an absolutely beautiful home that is a 5 min walk to the beach a cross the street. An entire bin of chairs, beach games, umbrella etc. are all provided for you in case you didn't bring beach stuff. Lovely beach towels are provided to use as well, if needed. I could go on and on about the kitchen. It is FULLY stocked to satisfy all your cooking needs There is even an espresso machine to use with coffee beans to give it a try!!The bathrooms come with towels to use as well as sheets for each bed. There is absolutely nothing you have to think about when staying at this house. I highly recommend booking this place!!

Great location with easy beach access. The house has a great layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our seven adults. Would stay here again.

Visited NC to attend granddaughters graduation party. Wanted a place where family could all stay to be together. The place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything about the place shouted elegance and poise.
