This detached villa is surrounded by a plot of 1,540 m². It is located in a quiet villa neighbourhood, only 2 km from the popular beach ‘Meia Praia’.
The villa consists of a living room with fireplace, open to the cosy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed (an extra bed is available on request for an additional charge). 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. The villa is very well equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV (Astra), hi-fi system with CD player and Wi-Fi, so that holiday guests can enjoy their stay in a comfortable atmosphere. Gas central heating is available for the colder months. On the first floor there is a small closed gallery with a view to the sea.
In front of the terrace is the 9 x 5 metre crystal-clear pool with BBQ, sun loungers and garden furniture. The property is completely fenced. The well-kept garden is divided into different areas. In front of the pool there is a lawn area, to the right of the house there is a children's playground with sandpit, seesaw, swing and slide and an orchard to the left of the house with lemon and orange trees.
Free Wi-Fi is available. A baby cot can be provided on request for an extra charge.
In the small town of Odeáxere (4 km) you will find some good restaurants and cafés. The town of Lagos, with its wide range of entertainment and leisure activities, is 8 km away. Golf enthusiasts can pursue their hobby on the ‘Palmares’ golf course, just 2.5 km away.
