This was a very nice property. The studio was perfect for our weekend in the mountains. It’s centrally located between Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. The bed was very comfortable and there was good shower pressure (these are two deal breakers for me). The little summer house was a nice addition and a great place to relax…great view of Grandfather Mountain! The property is beautifully landscaped and honors the natural foliage, trees, and rock. The host left some delicious pastries for us to enjoy upon arrival. The only “drawback” was finding the correct driveway upon arrival. The host gave directions about GPS being incorrect, but I didn’t have cell service to review them when we ended up in the wrong place! We had to go back down the mountain to get service and review the directions. The problem was, we were coming in the opposite way than the host directions and needed the image they had included in addition to directions.

The studio was extremely clean, spacious, and relaxing. The property itself was well-maintained and presented in a beautiful state. Particularly, the surrounding area with the summer house.
