About this apartment rental
The flat for 2-4 people is located in Geisenbrunn-Gilching on the outskirts of town. The S-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, the city centre of Munich is about 30 minutes away, and Ammersee lake is only 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. The A96 motorway (Lindau-Munich) is less than 5 minutes away.
Shopping facilities are available in the neighbouring communities of Gilching and Germering.
The flat, which has two rooms and a spacious, bright kitchen, was newly built at the end of 2019 and is located on the first floor of a detached house. It has a separate entrance and a large roof terrace.
The flat is lovingly furnished. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa where you can relax, read books or watch TV.
The living room also has two comfortable armchairs that can be folded out into beds in just a few simple steps.
If you need to work on the computer, this is also possible at any time. There is a table in the kitchen and also in the bedroom. Wi-Fi is available.
The real oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom gives the rooms a special, cosy character.
The flat faces south-west, so the rooms are wonderfully bright from early afternoon onwards.
In the evening, the roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the stars.
There are many excursion possibilities in the 5-Lakes Region! We are happy to provide tips. The nearby forest and lakes are also ideal for walks.

Markus and Gabi were fantastic hosts! The location while in a neighborhood, was situated next to beautiful farmland. It was close enough to town(10 minutes) to get all the items we needed for our stay and a short train ride to Munich. Markus was very knowledgeable about the area and provided great insight for what were there for, Oktoberfest! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Prost!

Hostess was wonderful walked us in, was warm friendly and laughing & an example of warm German hospitality. Offered us beers that were in the fridge which was a nice touch. Beautiful large open kitchen to 2nd floor patio to enjoy gorgeous view of well manicured back yard and surroundings. Nice big Family room with extra sleeping big main bedroom with lovely backyard views. Shower & washing machine in bathroom were great. 8-10 min walk to main train that gets you in the city. It was wonderful, good value & we will be back
