Neither side of the partition walls has any points of contact with the other flat. Great attention was paid to quality and perfection when furnishing the flat with a living space of 65 m². Take the lift to the first floor in comfort or take the stairs that lead up from the beautifully designed entrance courtyard. The 36 m² living room offers you a cosy seating area where you can relax on the comfortable sofa after an eventful day. Just behind the sofa is a small dining table for two, which is connected to the kitchenette. This is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. The separate 18 m² bedroom is located to the left of the kitchen and has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which is to the right of the kitchen, has a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. The comfortable facilities also include solar-heated water, central heating and air conditioning throughout the flat as well as Internet access via WLAN.
This holiday flat is located on a private estate in the greenest district of Málaga city, outside the city centre, on the former pilgrimage mountain Monte de San Antón and thus in a preferred residential area in the middle of the pine forest. Pedregalejo beach as well as nightlife and shopping facilities are just three kilometres away. A restaurant is just 700 metres away. The centre of Malaga, eleven kilometres away, with its harbour and cathedral, is well worth a day trip.
