The quiet villa is located in a cul-de-sac and is about two kilometers from the famous Falesia Beach.
The spacious and cozy villa invites you to relax and feel good. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, each with a French bed and a bathroom ensuite. In one of the bedrooms there is the possibility to set up a cot. There is also a bright living room with seating and cable TV on the ground floor. The sofa can also be used as a bed for two people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a dishwasher, there is also a toaster, kettle, ceramic hob with oven and much more. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a bathroom. While you will find two single beds in the first bedroom, the second bedroom has a French bed. The separately located apartment is rented together with the villa, giving you the opportunity to accommodate four more people. In addition to a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, you will also find a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a kitchen.
The villa is completely fenced. There is a separate entrance for the villa and a separate entrance for the apartment, as well as parking facilities. Sun loungers on the sun terrace by the pool invite you to sunbathe and relax. Afterwards, the pool awaits you to cool off. Let eventful days come to an end together with a barbecue near the pool.

Olhos de Água is a small fishing village that takes its name from freshwater springs that can be seen on the beach and among the rocks. The place is about six kilometers west of Albufeira and about ten kilometers east of Vilamoura. Faro airport is about 35km away. Albufeira city center and other glorious beaches are close by, and golf courses and water parks are within easy driving distance.

Lovely villa, just what we were looking for. However, as we arrived on an evening and the villa is not near any shops it would have been nice to have had a welcome pack of water, bread, milk.
