Spacious villa with private pool, 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4 en suite), well furnished, 2 well equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms with sofa bed, great views, terraces, barbecue and private pool (7x4 m) with sunbeds, parking for 4 cars, located in a quiet area, 2000 m from the beach and golf courses. Ideal for families looking for a peaceful holiday.
Close to the famous Falésia beach, Albufeira city center and other magnificent beaches, as well as golf courses, water parks are easily accessible by car or public transport.
The villa is fenced and walled along the entire route and is located in a cul-de-sac.
Villa Mariamar is situated 6km from the center of Albufeira, 33km Faro airport, 1.8 km beach of Olhos de Agua and Falesia, 1km from the fishing village Olhos de Agua

Honestly our stay was amazing. Clara was a superb host, always on hand to answer any questions. We were a family of 9, daughters, grandchildren and father Inlaw. The villa has so much space and the swimming pool is a lot bigger than you see in the photos. Getting around is so easy and only 5 in a taxi to the supermarkets and to Albufeira. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return next year. Thank you so much Clara for making our family holiday a memorable stay.

This place was absolutely amazing very spacious had everything you need I would highly recommend this villa to anybody hopefully go back again next year
