Perfect for solo travel!

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the amenities that made a quick stay quite enjoyable! Instructions were clear, and the host was highly communicative. The location was very close to millennial mile and many places to eat, shop and enjoy Chicago!

I had two suitcases so the bumpy walkways and the stairs were challenging to navigate. There were also some internet connectivity issues early in the morning. Otherwise, I enjoyed my brief stay at this location!

I couldn't stay in the place because I expected something different.

The photographs they show are completely false. The host sent me a photo of the facade Just before my check in and the reality was different, I almost couldn't get to the place, it's a rather unsafe space

The bed was too low and location was alright but if I would’ve seen how the area and property looked on the outside area I would’ve gotten it.

The room was exceptionally clean and all the furniture looked new.

The area around the flat is quite dodgy. Also, I was able to hear one of the other resident's voice during his virtual meetings. Maybe it was because the walls were very thin but it was difficult to focus on my work or sleep.

Will stay again

Very cute and clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. Host supplied all the extras to help make the stay super comfortable.

Some of the townhouses seemed run down. The neighborhood looked a bit rough and dirty.The people we met seemed friendly though.

Andy’s place has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, the place is super clean and he was always available for any questions we had.

The cab left us on the back side of the property and that part of the neighborhood didn’t seem very nice, but once you get inside the property is a totally different world.

Private room was clean and nice inside.

Neighborhood community is bad. Many slums poor homeless and criminals running around. Guy urinated on sidewalk mid-day. My car was broken and ransacked middle of the night. Someone did steal many roadside assistance items and documents to my car. Buildings are run down not kept up. Even though it's by a university but that doesn't matter it is not a safe area. Police told me to relocate.

The house is really cozy and clean. It's only a five minute drive from the green line park&ride in a quiet area close to many fast food restaurants and a Walmart.

Expensive for something shared. There wasn’t much in the area as far as bars and restaurants. Netflix wouldn’t work on the TV.

The facility, cost and location (close to hospitals) worked for me.

Exceptional interior comfort, clean. Sketchy neighborhood but I chose this location because it was in walking distance to University of Chicago hospitals.

Neighborhood was dirty and relatively unsafe compared to where my home is. I was OK but always on the lookout for trouble.

One night

Simple clean attractive. Very basic but comfortable. Very little available in Hyde Park so this was perfect. I left my headphones in the room and the host called me and offered to send them back. Can’t beat that!

Very good

Very clean and affordable. Computer available, a small printer would be nice. Sleeping area is nice, a bigger bed would be nice.

The bed is a little smaller than what I'm used to. Parking is terrible. I did not like that such a nice place is surrounded by abandoned units, it felt unsafe when coming in after dark and sometimes in the day.
