The outdoor kitchen in the oversized lanai includes a complete outdoor kitchen with a Jenn air cooktop, outdoor fridge, and sink for your meal preparation convenience. You can enjoy all your meals on the outdoor dining table or read a book on the lounge chairs while enjoying the breeze from the ceiling fans. Pocket patio doors bring the lush tropical outdoor setting right inside your condo.

We enjoyed our month in the condo. It’s our second year in a row. It’s in a great location and we love the lanai. The owners are great to work with.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the Falling Waters complex. The apartment was gorgeously furnished. It had every little thing you could think of for a month's stay from spices in the kitchen through to a parking pass for Naples beach areas downtown (truly a major benefit!!). The owners were responsive and helpful. Very little is within walking distance, but anything you want to go see from Naples 5th Avenue or 3rd Avenue South, to the Everglades, or Lowdermilk beach is just a 15-30 minute drive. No matter where you stay in Naples you'll end up needing a car between different areas, so this spot couldn't be better!
