About this apartment rental
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 5. Detached 1 car garage. Fully furnished, new in 2013. Large kitchen with built in self cleaning stove, range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with water and ice dispenser, disposal. Built in desk and wine rack. A kitchen dinette area as well as a formal dining room. Large living room with hardwood floor. Both bedrooms with hardwood floor. Queen size beds with dresser, nightstands. Living room has 55 inch cable TV. Master bedroom has 24 inch cable TV. Wi-Fi is now included at the condo. Washer/dryer in laundry room. Master bath has a stand up shower separate from the large roman bath tub. A 2nd kitchen on the lanai with small under counter fridge, sink, cupboards, and a Jennaire grill. Ceiling fans on lanai and in both bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. A/C, humidifier, heat. Lanai furniture includes wicker love seat, table, 2 club chairs as well as patio table and chairs. All furnishings are brand new as of May 2013. Sleeper sofa is queen size.

We stayed at this property at Falling Waters for a month. The property is beautiful - maybe even nicer than the photos. It is spacious, well equipped with a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking lush gardens and a water fall feature. The Falling Waters community is also very nice with an amazing pool - like a resort pool. There isn't any pickleball but we played at the National Pickleball center (only 10 minutes away). There are 64 courts there with lots of open play. From a location perspective, this property is close to beaches as well as the heart of Naples (5th Avenue). Maybe 10 to 15 minutes based on traffic. Working with the owner was easy and helpful. We would happily stay here again

We would love to stay here again. I particularly liked the location. While it is not very far from several nice beaches in Naples, the condo is located just off a main street that provides easy access to anywhere one would like to go. It is close to the interstate, attractions such as the Botanical Gardens (highly recommend btw), Celebration Park (great food trucks) downtown shopping, etc. Parking can be an issue at the beaches so it is great to have a very nice pool located on property. The property owner, Bill, responds almost immediately to any communication, although we didn't really need to get in touch after arriving at the property. There is a nice selection of books on premise for those who like to read and the community club house also has a library. The condo is nicely furnished and roomy, including the lanai. Again, highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our month in this condo. We felt totally at home. We found it very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Loved the huge private lani overlooking two water falling features and included a built in grill. The pool in this complex was beautiful and just a short walk from the condo. The owner, Bill was great to work with. He purchased a Keurig for us to use when we asked him if there was one in the condo. Having a garage was such a plus.

The condo was perfect for us.A very large lanai with a summer kitchen, super master suite. The location was great and Falling Waters has a great pool.We are going back next year.
