About this house rental
Lovely semi-detached house ideally located 3 minutes walk from the center of the village.
Without vis-à-vis, facing the maquis and the calm, you can relax in the shade of the pine trees.
Close to the beautiful beaches of La Courtade and Argent.

- 46m2 wooded terrace at the front: outdoor family table, deckchairs, parasol;
- living/dining room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps two);
- fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee ©machine, etc.);
- a toilet on the first floor.
A L' E T'A G E
- BEDROOM 1 with its large terrace of 10m2: two single beds (80x200cm) that can be transformed into a Queensize bed 160x200 for two people;
- private bathroom, sink and shower;
- BEDROOM 2 with its balcony: a Queensize bed 160x200 for two people;
- second independent bathroom with sink and spacious shower;
- Separate toilet upstairs.
Additional equipment: washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, ceiling fans in each room, fire extinguisher, cot for baby and booster seat, cupboards and wardrobes.
- Iron and ironing board available
Unlimited WIFI available for FREE.
All duvets and pillows are provided. Mattress pads and pillow protectors are changed at each rental. Mandatory cleaning is included.
Dishwasher products, as well as cooking bases (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) are provided.
Sets of sheets (25€/bed) and towels (13€/person) are not provided, but can be rented at an additional cost.
Pets allowed but with an extra charge (30€ per animal). Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed.
Other remarks
Included are the cleaning of the accommodation (which must still be returned in a decent condition) and the reception on arrival by our concierge, Laurence.
She will provide you with the set of sheets/towels/dish towels if you have told us that you want to rent them at an additional cost.
In this particular health period, it will be up to the Tenants to make their bed and undo the sheets when they leave.
For people coming by car to Hyères: it is advisable to book the parking lot at the Tour Fondue to take the shuttle boat on weekends and public holidays in the low season as well as in summer (July – August) and for long-term stays.
Philippe and his two daughters, Ludivine and Ophélie, are at your disposal for any information and booking requests!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this very well-equipped and comfortable property. The house is spacious and is in a quiet area but very near the centre of the village with supermarket, lovely restaurants and shops. We hired bikes and cycled to the beaches. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the maquis was a highlight of the evening. The air conditioning was very useful in the heatwave. Communication and checking in and out was very easy. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we hope to come back next year!

les frais administratifs (bail de location ??) + le nettoyage me paraissent excessifs par rapport à la prestation : pas de tapis de bain , tâches sur les nappes, tiroirs sales, 3 filtres à café, un rouleau de papier WC, des fonds de produits de base (huile et vinaigre,...)
Sinon, très bon accueil et maison très agréable
