Newer equipment of the room, everything was clean. Good mattress. LED lighting.
Ski room for ski boots with heated equipment.
Friendly parents of the owner - said goodbye when we were leaving.
Offer to carry part of our luggage up to the third floor upon arrival.
- small chaos during check-in (accommodation was expecting just one person although we were two as ordered via booking)
- the second day during breakfast we were clearly told that we cannot use anything from the kitchen (cutlery, plates, nothing) because otherwise we will be charged EUR 80 (for cleaning) as was written in the terms and conditions. Using one plate and fridge (and not using the oven or stove for proper cooking) did not deserve such a warning. Finally we were told that alright, we would not be charged. All in all, this left us with a feeling that the accommodation is providing us some special favour and the feeling was not pleasing.
- breakfast was rather poor. Everything was served like exactly for the number of persons accommodated. No scrambled eggs available (just hard boiled), not so much vegetables (just couple of cherry tomatoes and small amount amount of pepper stripes), almost no fruits (except for 3 apples and fruits compote). The staff asked whether we want something else to be added but the choice was limited and definitely not the "fabulous breakfast" as you are normally offered in other pension houses / accommodations. One of the worst Austrian standards we have experienced over two decades visiting Austrian accommodations.

Excellent does not describe the view from our room. A wall of glass overlooked the village, the valley and the mountains. It was truly magnificent.
Breakfast was the perfect way to start our days. The buffet was comprehensive, the coffee was fine and the bread fresh. Lovely.
The position of the guesthouse was ideal. A 3 minute walk to the left took us to the bus stops for a regular service to Fulpmes, Innsbruck and the glacier. To the right, 5 in minutes we reached the centre of Neustift with its restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Nothing! Even the weather was wonderful. We had a week of sunshine and blue skies

Wonderful views from the balcony. Friendly owners. Next to 2 grocery stores. A lift and many restaurants a few minutes away. Quiet. Private parking. Free Stubai card with access to lifts and several other attractions.
