The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our 2 bedroom apartment was lovely.
With regards to the location we had assumed that it was in Neustift but it is actually located in Neder which is a village just outside which had none of the expected amenities ie restaurants and supermarket.

I had the single room which was quite spacious. Comfortable bed and the shower was perfect. Breakfast was a pleasure, sitting at the table with a perfect view of the mountains opposite. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
I would have liked the light by my bed to be a little less bright, perhaps using a bulb with a lower wattage?

The owners are wonderful people, very polite, very warm and inviting. The property was also very good, warm and with wonderful views.
The bus stop is a 1 minute walk, 30 mins from stubai on the 590 buses.
I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
Location a little secluded, there is a spar about a 15 minute walk away, and a few restaurants... Which were both very sub par for the prices. This didn't bother us that much though as we had the apartment, so could easily make our own tasty meals.
