The owners are wonderful people, very polite, very warm and inviting. The property was also very good, warm and with wonderful views.
The bus stop is a 1 minute walk, 30 mins from stubai on the 590 buses.
I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
Location a little secluded, there is a spar about a 15 minute walk away, and a few restaurants... Which were both very sub par for the prices. This didn't bother us that much though as we had the apartment, so could easily make our own tasty meals.

I stayed in a single room, probably best single room in alps I ever had. I think there was a mini bar. Although situated by the entrance in the ground floor/partly sub-terrain, it didn’t feel claustrophobic nor was it loud.
For one day I didn’t mind but breakfast could be boosted a bit.

The breakfast was great!! My only feedback is stronger coffee. Tina/Otto will make you eggs to order. They couldn’t be sweeter people. I wish I spoke more German so I could talk to them more. The location is right next to the ski bus stop which is exactly what I needed. Amazing stay!!
