Large four bedroom vacation home located in Calabay Parc with three full baths, full game room and private pool with covered lanai area at pool.
Master bedroom has large king bed with private bathroom, garden tub and separate shower.
Second Master bedroom has large queen bed with private bathroom, large shower.
Third room has two twin beds, and fourth room has full bed with twin bunk bed , these rooms share a full bathroom with tub and shower combined.
Large open living room, with large flat screen tv.
All rooms have smart tvs.
Large game room with billiard table, fuse ball game, basketball game.
Pool area has privacy fence behind it, and covered lanai area to sit up to 8 easy to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner by pool day or night, rain or shine!
Kitchen has been upgraded with all stainless steel appliances , sitting area for 8 to enjoy eating together.
Located in Calabay Parc, only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, 50 minutes to Cocoa Beach.
Home comes fully stocked with towels, linen, dishes, hair dryers, iron, washing machine and dryer.

Our extended family with 1 teen, 2 younger children (age 5 & 7) and 3 adults stayed at this rental home for one week mid-March 2025. The home is just as pictured/described in the listing. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was a 30 minute drive to Disney World parks in the heavy Spring Break traffic. The pool heat worked great and let the kids swim even on a couple cooler days. The garage converted to a game room was a lot of fun! The Publix just down the street was very convenient for grocery shopping. There are many restaurants and stores within a 5 to 15 minute drive right there in Davenport. Our only very minor issue was a spotty internet connection throughout our stay, but that was not a major concern as we were in Orlando to enjoy time at Disney World. Highly recommend and would return!

Good value, property management did a great job to fix issues we had while staying at the property. They have towels, but only had about 5 wash rags, so you may want to pack those if staying. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as well.
The pool was great, they keep the pool clean. The main master bedroom has a large bathroom area with double vanities tiled shower and large garden tub. The house seems to be updated.
