Incredible aesthetic, proper old school. Views very amazing and so bright. Location just across the river from all the sights and a lovely quiet area. Would 100% recommend, host so lovely too!

A beautiful part of Florence 's history- staying in this accommodation. Loved having breakfast sitting at the table & looking out the window to the wonderful view each day. Very spacious & comfortable. Would highly recommend to other travellers. Thank you Niccolo!

Location
We waited an hour to gain entry to this apartment, and was so disappointed, as although it had a certain charm , it totally lacked the comfort and basic facilities , there was no toaster no kettle , a coffee machine but no pods . Shower was small and outdated Very old electrical points insufficient lighting especially in the bedrooms and stairwell , with three flights of steep stairs to encounter! Extremely basic accommodation for the money , couldn’t log on to wifi which was reported but not acknowledged. Very poor experience .
