Set on the edge of 44 hectares, this cabin-style vacation villa is a true haven of peace, nestled in the heart of Cap Ferret’s wilderness among mimosas and arbutus trees. Just 300 meters from the lovely Mimbeau Beach and 500 meters from the ocean and tennis courts, you’ll leave your car behind and explore everything by bike or on foot—the beach, the morning market, the fishing village and its fantastic oyster huts where you can enjoy oysters, seafood, and white wine, and water sports. A little further away, you’ll find golf and horseback riding.
Perched on a hilltop in a landscaped garden, the house welcomes guests throughout July and year-round for week-long stays or long weekends.
It sleeps up to 10 people and includes a loft bed. Completely renovated in 2020, the villa features a living room, a cozy dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, dishes, toaster, food processor, coffee maker), 1 master bedroom with its own terrace, a new, ultra-comfortable 180 cm x 200 bed, and a bathroom with a view of nature; 1 bedroom with a terrace, a new, comfortable 160 cm x 200 cm bed, and a loft bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm; 1 sunroom with blackout curtains made of washed linen, featuring two bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm) on the right and, on the left, a private space enclosed by a sliding door—a workshop area with two double bunk beds (140 cm x 200 cm); The house includes a second bathroom as well as one outdoor shower with hot and cold water (each shower has its own hot water tank for everyone’s comfort).
Inside, you can also enjoy board games and books in your free time.
Outside, you’ll enjoy grilling on the electric griddle.
A ping-pong table is available.
If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, nestled against tall white laurel trees, you can relax on the outdoor terrace at various times of the day—whether for breakfast surrounded by nature or an evening aperitif with friends. Or you can read, meditate, or relax in the hammocks suspended from the century-old arbutus trees that seem to reach out to you.
