The living space is cozy, polished, and comfortable, whether you're preparing homemade breakfasts in the open kitchen, reading the newspaper outside on the balcony, or capping a beautiful day at the beach with your favorite movie on the living room TV. You'll be surrounded by new wall art, new throw pillows, a new sleeper sofa and chairs, and new USB wall outlets to make your stay just a little bit easier and more comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all sorts of thoughtful updates, from the new toaster to the brand-new dishwasher.

At night, you'll sleep soundly on new, hotel-quality mattresses in both bedrooms, with the primary bedroom offering a repainted bathroom and the guest bathroom featuring a new grab handle in the shower. You'll also be treated to a new HVAC system, a new carpet in the entryway, a private washer/dryer, and wonderful on-site amenities that include a shared swimming pool and a tennis and pickleball court.

The Ciboney complex sits just across Scenic Gulf Drive from the beach, so you can easily reach the white sugar sand (with a private gate code) to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking. This condo also enjoys a prime location for shopping and dining, with the Silver Sands Premium Outlets two miles east, Destin Commons three miles west, and all sorts of beachfront eateries along Scenic Gulf Drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
