The well-furnished studio apartment “Ferienwohnung Trapp-Mayer EG Mitte” is situated outside of Oberteuringen, a charming village between Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg near Lake Constance, and is great for quiet and relaxing holidays in a scenic area. The ground floor apartment consists of a room with one double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite television. The private outdoor area boasts an open terrace with seating furniture and a sunshade invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for your outdoor activities due to its proximity to numerous hiking and cycling routes. Lake Constance is only a 17-minute drive or 13.3 km from the apartment, and the nearest beaches can be found in Immenstaad and Fischbach. From the apartment, you can walk to the nearest supermarket in 3 minutes (260 m), a bakery is a 7-minute walk or 500 m away, and a restaurant can be reached after a 6-minute walk (480 m). A 3-minute drive or 1.8 km from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy, as well as cafés and other restaurants. The pretty lakeside town Friedrichshafen is located 10 km or a 15-minute drive away, and after a 23-minute drive to Meersburg you can take the ferry to Konstanz. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after a 25-minute drive (20.4 km).

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Man ist nach 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Friedrichshafen und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Im Gebäude sind nebeneinander drei Ferienwohnungen gelegen, die auf zu einen großen Parkplatz gehen. Eine weitere Ferienwohnung ist im OG.
Vor den drei Wohnungen im EG ist jeweils eine kleine Terrasse abgegrenzt - mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Wäscheständer. Das Haus ist umgeben von Wiesen und Apfelbaumplantagen, so dass direkt vom Haus gewandert oder Gassi gegangen werden kann.
Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und leider dringt nachts auch der Verkehrslärm der nahe gelegene Umgehungsstraße herrüber.
