Well as a tourist and family of four we really like our stay at Awwa Aparthotel host is very friendly and helpful we lost our key and didn't know till we came back at midnight and we call him and he said no problem and he send a guy within ten minutes and handover us the extra key he is very nice and friendly guy always smile and ready to help. I really recommend this place. Hope the host be like this with everyone and all the time
Well there is too many cats around which is everywhere in Istanbul any way only thing they need to do is to cover the window with full curtain. That's all I see the issue otherwise all is well.

Small and tight quarters as are all central locations in instabul - wifi speeds could be better

The location is good.
The WiFi connection was awful. In practice there was no WiFi connection.The apartment was not ready by the arrival. The host didn't take care of our wish to fix the TV, so there was no possibility to watch a TV. There was a problem with the plumbing, that was fixed two days later, because we couldn't find the host during the day. So, there is no 24 hours availability of the host.
