Myself and the children absolutely loved our stay. Just what we needed, relaxing, and beautiful location to detox. Very clean and well maintained, including the whole park. It looks like a new location, and the caravan has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cute bunnies running around early morning gave it that extra touch. There is a small children's playground, small lake for fishing, restaurant and just a really nice park to walk in day and night. Only about 10 minutes drive to either Skegness or Ingoldmells beach (our favourites)

I'm not sure if it were the weak wifi or the TV's connection to the wifi that was quite poorly, couldn't really use it at all. Nonetheless we went to relax and enjoy the environment not the TV, an upgrade would be good though :)

Beautiful park and great location on the park itself. The beds were comfy. Had most things you needed to cook/clean. Large fridge freezer and all appliances. Shower was pretty good too.

Check in is not 2pm as stated, it is infact 4pm! If you're travelling a distance to the caravan bare that in mind. Also there is no WiFi as stated. I'd have never have booked if I knew this. First impressions of the van were not good. Massive cobwebs all over decking and doors. Leaves and rubbish all over outside area. Lots of dust inside. Drawers/cupboards in kitchen all dirty. Utensils and pans not clean. Used bars of soap in both bathrooms. No toilet roll provided.. No iron provided. No outdoor lighting for when it goes dark.
