We stayed on Oak cottage which was lovely and spacious. The outdoor seating area was great too.. The cottage was well equipped and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and were well thought out with side lamps provided.. stagg on site were friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this trip to others.
Only a couple of minor things. We got to the cottage when it was dark and the outside light wasn't working, making it tricky to see where we were going.
I also didn't like the fact that the electricity meter required topping up. Again it was dark, thankfully my friemd.sorted it very quickly, however i would have mich rather not had to deal with it.

The cottage was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished, and ideal for our needs. We didn’t get chance to explore much of the farm and other facilities as we were only there for two nights, but what I did see of it looked brilliant.
There was nothing I didn’t like. It was great.

House was perfect for 6 adults and a 3 year old. House was spotless.Plenty of cooking utensils. Had everything we needed
As knew we wouldn't get there for check in 9-3. Had advised of this but didn't get a reply back with accommodation details until 2.45 on day of arrival and we were travelling as 3 separate parties
Check out time of 9:30 was very early - never had to be out by this time anywhere we have stayed

The Willow Cottage was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped! It was actually better than what we were expecting from the photos. Also, all of our requests (cot, late checkout) were quickly resolved and acted on by the friendly owner. Great place for a getaway with family or friends and great value for money!
The only improvement would be to provide a tea towel/kitchen roll in the kitchen but that was only a minor inconvenience!

Was peaceful and relaxing and close to shops.

Willow cottage looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. Perfect for 3 families with teenagers to meet up. Games room with table tennis, darts and an old pool table. Stroking the friendly goats and tiny horse each night when we walked around the fishing lake. Village walkable in 10 mins. Bakery, nice pubs with food, coop and Chinese takeaway. Comfy and clean patio furniture.
Nothing.

The property was cosy and had everything you needed for a nice stay. Upstairs are 3 rooms; one room is right at the back and you had to go through the first room to reach it so maybe not so suitable when Friends stay together but for a family it was perfect.
It would have been great to have a welcome note which contains certain information and the WiFi password for ease. We did eventually find it in front of the laundry room.

Location
The stones on the gravel path were large and uncomfortable to walk on ( especially for the dogs

Games room and tennis courts, nice small playground for younger children
Kitchen roll in the kitchen, bread knife or serrated knife. Instructions for the hot water which were easier to find - we ran out of hot water.

Perfect getaway for a family with a young child. The farm is small yet charming. It doesn’t try to be anything other than a simple getaway and it works perfectly,

This rural location is peaceful and has beautiful countryside and interesting wildlife
Our cottage was exceptionally clean modern and comfortable with complete privacy and a conservatory which offers an outlook of open countryside lots of bird song and mooing of the cows plus duck activity on the nearby pond
Ideally located between the villages of Burgh Le Marsh and Croft both have places where you can eat drink and relax
The staff were welcoming and provided great customer service

Lovely location on a farm holding with fresh eggs available daily. We stayed in Ivy Cottage which was a perfect size for our party of 10 plus a dog. Nice garden area which was secure enough for the dog to run round freely. Only 15min drive into Skegness and 15min walk into village which had all your amenities.

Very nice bungalow but it needed a few running repairs eg: tiles falling off wall every time you shut the door door stop to bathroom needed putting back in place some of the cracks were in need of attention floor tiles to sink area wobbly overall bedrooms a good size as lounge area
Did not appreciate being woken every morning to building workers at 7:15am working with a excavator on house next to me as I assume this is expansion of the owner and if I had of BEEN notified that this was going to the case may have cancelled and spent my money at another location that would of been quite

The cottage was lovely and there is lots to do in the area. Easy parking right outside the rear window. Garden furniture was great to sit outside. Free range eggs available on site for breakfast and plenty of space to walk the dog. The fishing lake was 1 minute walk from the front door and well stocked. The outside store for tackle was a very handy bonus.
The town centre was nearby with good pub and takeaways for when the cook wanted a night off!! Petrol station just down the road.
Not much to complain about. Just niggles. The cooker controls are the wrong way round, so don't switch on what you think, but once you work out which knob works what, it works fine. The wooden stairs were a bit slippery, so had to be careful. The front outside space was open and felt a little exposed with people walking past - especially as there was a farm open day going on during our stay so quite a few people milling about. But that was just timing.
