Location was fantastic. Room was spacious and clean. Tea facilities included and shower gel. Great instructions sent by owner which made it easy to enter the property.

Overpriced. There are no cleaning services provided even during a 3-night stay. In a place like Sorrento, where you’re frequently at the beach and shower often, regular cleaning and fresh linens/ towels become necessary. Unfortunately, neither was offered, and basic cleaning supplies were not available either. For this price, I would recommend choosing accommodation that includes proper cleaning services.

The location of the property was great, the place itself seemed decent for the price. It was definitely a perk having a balcony. The instructions to get in were very helpful, and the manager was very responsive and helpful. When we first came, the AC wasn’t working, so I texted the property manager, and they showed up within five minutes and fixed everything, which was very nice.

Overall, felt like the place needed a major DEEP clean. The appliances seemed dirty, the floor needed a good vacuum and mopping. The shower had mold on the ceiling and also didn’t feel very clean. All in all it just felt dirty. The bedsheets were clean and so were the towels, so that was a plus. Not necessarily a negative, but there are a few details that could have made the stay better – I would have liked to have more towels, we only had two big towels and two face towels, would be nice to have at least additional two washcloths but preferably a couple more towels just in case. The shower could use a shelf, so you could put your shampoos there and the toilet paper holder was missing.
