Lovely!

Joseph was absolutely amazing! He came in person to show us around the apartment and he was so kind and patient! Our flight was delayed but he still stayed later to meet us in person. It was such a lovely warm welcome to the city! ☺️

The shower 😭😭😭 The hot water ran out sooo quick because the room shared hot water boiler with all the other rooms. The water would go freezing cold mid shower...😭 Otherwise lovely stay☺️

In short, if you're planning a trip to Split, we highly recommend choosing this vacation rental.

We had an amazing host—communication was super smooth throughout our stay! On arrival day, the host's mother warmly welcomed us. She was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel right at home instantly. The guest room matched the photos perfectly—bright and spacious, clean and tidy, well-maintained with fully equipped amenities. The kitchen featured a microwave and coffee maker, and the balcony even thoughtfully provided a clothes drying rack. The location was impeccable, just minutes' walk from attractions with excellent transport links. Nearby you'll find a dm and an absolutely delicious burger joint 😋 What touched us most was the host's thoughtful preparation of a detailed travel guide and restaurant recommendations for us first-time visitors to Split—exactly what we needed!

Landlords should regularly check the freshness of milk in the refrigerator; small cartons of milk are more convenient for guests to access. Providing a washing machine would be ideal, especially during the summer months.

Amazing lovely Host Katarina who greeted us and walked us through every single point to do with the property with very detailed explanations in the room they were little notes explaining everything. Great bathroom and strong showers. And bed was super comfortable and lovely Window with pots of greenery Generous with teas coffee milk and biscuits too

great thought was put into the design of the apt. nice balcony. comfortable bed and pillows. Provided instant coffees and coffee pods with fresh milk and cream. Had basic bnb shampoo, shower gel, but there were also full size bottles of toiletries to share available.

up flight of stairs. The notes with the rules. I’m an adult and I follow rules. i’m sure many travelers break and fail to respect the property so I understand them. The shower has no privacy. The toilet is private but when you step out of the shower you are in the common living area 3 feet from the bed. Disconcerting, traveling with friend not partner or family. You have no choice but to be wet and naked

Scuderia Split was better than we had expected. The room was large and comfortable and clean, also within easy walking distance of the old town and the harbour.

Perfect stay

The location of the the apartment was perfect, a 9 minute walk from the Old Town and right beside a bus stop. The staff were so helpful and obliging without being overbearing and they are very quick to respond when contacting. The room was lovely and spacious, exactly what you see on the photos. It was very nicely fitted with all the amenities one could want in a room: safe, mini fridge, beach towels, drying line for towels/swimwear, AC etc. The shower was very nice and modern. The communal/ lobby area has a kitchen with free coffee, a microwave and another fridge so you can have some snacks in the evening if you like- there was even some biscuits/ sweets out for guests which is a very nice touch. They have all the information a vistor could want in a little folder in the room and out in the communal area. If I was to visit Split again, I would go back here.

Honestly, there is nothing I could say that I didn't like, it was great value for money, great location, lovely people and a lovely room- I would highly recommend

All recommendations for this apartment. Excellent interior, everything looks nice, new and extremely clean, (that was important to us because we had a bad experience with humidity in the previous accommodation in Split). The location is very close to the old town, in a quiet street. The owners are very kind. We would certainly book the same apartment again during our next stay.

So spacious, modern, had everything we needed and more! Very central location. Katarina was so communicative upon arrival and her assistant Joseph was so friendly and helpful once we arrived. They were so accommodating as we did not arrive until very late due to our plane time. Fantastic hosts!

Wonderful place! The hosts were kind and flexible. They take care of every single detail to ensure that the guests have a great experience. The room is very comfortable and it's even more beautiful than in pictures. The place is located 5 minutes walking distance from the downtown. We would definitely stay in Scuderia Split Rooms again!

It was a really clean, well equipped modern accommodation. The bed is super comfy. Katerina’s husband was really friendly and gave a really detailed description of the area and recommended places / restaurants to check out. Kate Roma responded promptly whenever we contacted her.

It’s not the hosts fault but the people in the apartment above were making banging noises into the early hours each night. Not sure if they were people on holiday or people that lived there.

Probably the best place I have ever stayed

We loved the room, everything looked fresh and new and it was super clean. Also the bed was absolutely comfy and warm. It really gave the impression that it was renovated just a week ago! The host was just exceptional. He was very welcoming, and very helpful. He gave us advice about places to visit and eat at! Also the location was perfect as it was 6-7 minutes away from the palace and 3 minutes away from the Bus Terminal where you can take the bus to the airport and the beautiful Trogir.

The rooms are great, modern and clean. There is also a pantry kitchen with any basics you might need. Location is top. Katarina and her husband are amazing hosts. We had an issue with our rental car and they helped us with everything. Once again: thank you so much. We’ll be back.
