The condo is great, very clean, comfortable, and has good soundproofing. The sea view is stunning, and the rooftop pool is awesome. It's a short walk to the beach and not crowded at all. Also, the host was amazing always replied fast and was super helpful with everything.
The only minor detail is the gap under the entrance door, which lets some bugs from the hallway sneak inside. Adding a small door sweep or threshold would easily fix this.

I wished for more softer mattress but nonetheless the host was amazing, they provided a new mattress with double top comforters.
I like softer beds, that’s just me :)

Fantastic experience. The building facilities are 5-star, and Monthstayz Thailand is a highly professional host. Excellent communication, reliable WiFi, and a very well-maintained room. If you’re looking for a stress-free luxury stay in Pattaya, this is it.
