Great location. Nice place with a garden and lake nearby. Flying birds, jumping monkeys. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly host. Villa is well equipped, spacious and good vibe. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Some equipment is older and needs maintenance but still functional.

Cozy, spacious, isolated
The property owner charge for extra 2 kids without extra bed(4a1c + 2c). This cause me extra RM100 per day. This never happened to me. I expect the property owner waived for extra 2 kid since there are under 11y. Logically very minimal cost consumed.
