Easy keys collect with clear instruction/steps in the video provided..The guards are very helpful..

The cleanliness of the lobby needs to be improved and it also should be decorated nicely since it can improved the overall image of the apartment...Apart from that, we were also facing mild difficulty to find the lobby for the first day(chek in) since no clear signboard provided,hopefully it can be improved...😅

The check in procedure is so simple and easy to access. The suite is very clean and well organize. Very suitable for a family to stay there.

The iron should be more practicable. It is quite hard to use it well.

We would just like to share a few suggestions that we hope can help improve the experience for future guests: * It would be great to provide bathroom slippers, as the bathroom floor can be quite slippery. * It would be helpful to provide a small trash bin in each bedroom, as well as a larger trash bin in the kitchen for easier disposal of household waste, especially for families staying for a few days. * Extra pillows would also be appreciated, as each room only had enough pillows for two people. * The towels could be improved in terms of cleanliness and absorbency. * The floor was a little dusty when we checked in, so a bit more attention to cleaning before guest arrival would be helpful. * The kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were quite limited, especially for families who plan to cook during their stay. * Regarding the security deposit, it would be appreciated if it could be refunded more promptly, or if guests could be informed of the expected refund timeline in advance to avoid any uncertainty.
