Asseio das instalações, cordialidade das colaboradoras, localização central e qualidade do pequeno-almoço. O espaço exterior anexo ao quarto permite continuae a desfrutar do lugar, preservado do exterior por ser um recanto protegido por floreira densa de bambus (cana-da-india)
O lugar reservado para estacionamento da viatura pode ficar comprometido, se os utentes da bomba da gasolina adjacente estacionarem mal.

O pequeno almoço foi razoável. Pena não ter iogurte, mas outras coisas compensaram.
