Exceptional

This property exceeded all our expectations, everything was sparkling clean, the place is very beautiful (Stella, the host, has artistic skills and the place is very well reflecting this). It is also very well equipped, everything is in a perfect condition (you can find absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay, and even more), and the host is absolutely amazing, she welcomed us with sweet treats and fruits and was very nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived by the time we left. Also the view from the terrace is so wonderful, we had our coffee there in the morning and in the evenings you can enjoy the view of the sea and the far away lights of the Thessalloniki. It is for sure one of the most welcoming properties we've rented so far for our holidays and we will most certainly come back here.

Everything was Ok. Stella was attentive from the first contact. Appartment is very good organized and fully equiped. It is on the top of famuly building, have big terace with seaview and streetview. Beach is close to appartment with many beachbars and taverns. Agia Triada is connected to Thesaloniki with seataxi and bus lines. Also, the other beaches in Mihaniona and Angelohory is connected by bus lines

Sometime in whole municipality was shortage of watersupply, which is unpleasent until it was lack.

One of the trips and accommodations you want to repeat. Beautiful hospitality of the hosts, warm and caring. The accommodation is fantastically equipped, it has everything you could imagine and everything you need on vacation. A beautiful, large terrace that is cooling in the hottest part of the day. The beach is nearby, 2 minutes from the accommodation, market, confectionery, restaurants. We often travel to Greece, but we have never had such a beautiful and hospitable private accommodation.

Nice cosy place, amazing hostess

Great place! The apatment is cosy, there is everyrhing you may possibly need. Stella is the most amazing hostess you will ever meet, friendly and helpful, always asks you if you feel cimfortable and brings you treats to meke you feel even more welcome! Everything is nearby, a market, a bakery and the beach just a about 200 m with a nice clean sandy beach and clear water! All in all, perfect!

Es lohnt sich, diesen zentralen Teil Makedonien kennenzulernen.DieMischung aus Kultur+Natur macht es

Die Lage der Wohnung zum Meer, zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, zu Gaststätten und zur Bushaltestelle war optimal. Die Dachterrasse ersetzt das fehlende Wohnzimmer, bei dem guten und warmen Wetter überhaupt kein Problem. Die persönliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Stella war absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Auch wenn man wenig Platz hatte, war alles Wesentliche, was man braucht, in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Wer zu Hause sehr ruhig wohnt, muss sich an den Lärm der unmittelbar vor dem Haus verlaufenden stark frequentierten Straße Richtung Chalkidike erst gewöhnen. Empfindliche Personen können hier nur mit Ohropax schlafen. Die Anbindung per Linienbus an die Großstadt Thessaloniki ist nicht für jeden erfreulich. Mit Umsteigen bei IKEA dauert es bis zum Zentrum fast 2 Stunden. Dafür ist der Fahrpreis äußerst gering. Ursache der Misere ist offensichtlich die seit vielen Jahren im Bau befindliche U-Bahn in Thessaloniki. Sie kommt einfach nicht voran, sehr schade.
