It was so relaxing, the facilities were amazing, the beach area was incredible, and the breakfast was wonderful!

The staff were exceptional ! Their attentiveness was first class service. They observe your body language and are at your side before you even get to eye contact. A huge shout out to Hassan and the manager Ilker. They ensure our stay was memorable and spoiled my 8 year old to bits. I asked for a deep clean for my room due to my daughter’s allergies, so Ilker himself watched over the cleaning to make sure it was beyond my expectations. The location was a dream, I think this hotel has the best location for swimming. The deepest bluest water I’ve ever seen along a shore line. The sun decks are reserved for resort guests, and the restaurant bar by the sea is the biggest bonus. The pool deck has amazing views and always sparking clean. I cannot fault this place. It’s an outdoor eatery, with an amazing buffet breakfast and all day restaurant bar, opened till midnight. It’s a small boutique hotel, so never crowded. No more than 15 rooms in total. It’s a very personable experience. Thankyou immensely to all the staff, all would greet us with the biggest smile and quickly respond to any request we make. Can’t wait to come back. Important note, the manager has 7 years experience with tours, he knows all the best booking experiences.

+ Spacious rooms + Swimming options

We were very much looking forward to our stay, anticipating this as the highlight of a 2 week Turkey trip. Unfortunately it was the exact opposite. Three key points disappointed us a lot: - HORRIBLE bathroom smell! We would go into our room and it would smell like rotten cabbage the whole time. We tried to avoid staying as much as we could in the room, given that the smell was unbearable. We spoke with the staff twice, but nothing was done to this matter; - And with that we come to the second item: the staff. I don’t think I witnessed a single smile during our stay and they didn’t seem to care about us. We politely asked about the smell, but no apologies whatsoever (and nothing was done about it). I would like to have given them feedback at check-out, but no one asked if I enjoyed my stay… When asking about restaurants, they couldn’t really (or didn’t want to) recommend anything… Cleaning of the room is done during breakfast, so that you might have to wait when you come back (and breakfast is only served at 8:30, meaning that you can forget about any day tours from Kas, as most of them start at 9/9:30) - The room may look nice at a first glance, but a lot of things are already in need of repairs, more thorough cleaning/fixing (bathroom with a lot of stains, sink with a sticker from the store, wooden furniture with water stains, etc. So, unfortunately, I cannot echo the other reviews. I’m very sad for this, as we were looking forward to staying at Atalante.
