Loved it all. We will definitely make this first choice when in the area again.

It is in a great setting on a farm. The property itself was immaculate and clean. We had a sincere, warm welcome from the owners and family. After a long journey it was much appreciated. Speaking of warmth, underfloor heating with good thermostat controls meant it was toasty inside. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was there, which meant no need to shop for any basics, so we could instantly relax. Our dog was very welcome with a bowl and towel ready to use. Walks from the property to the river (Thames) were regular features of the days. We loved our stay for a wintry week of ice and cold rain.

We'll be back - a wonderful farmstay close to Witney, Oxfordshire.

Brilliant location, located off the main roads, only sounds you could hear were what you'd expect in the countryside, sheep, horses and birdsong. This is where to go if you want to fully disconnect, relax and re-engage with the rest of humanity when it suits you (or you need to find a good pub or cafe for breakfast) :-)

Mobile coverage was patchy, both a blessing (digital detox was much needed) and a curse to the phone battery and needing to recharge regularly. However Wifi is fantastic so if you need NetFlix or WhatsApp calling there's no bother here.

The property was on a working farm which was beautifully kept and in a great location. The owners were both welcoming and friendly. The second bedroom was a little on the small size with no hanging space but fine for 3 nights.

It was a wonderful cottage on a working farm. Our kids loved being so close to the animals. Rachel and Dave were so kind to the kids and showed them around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Beautiful place, beautiful hearts

We came this summer from Switzerland to find peace and get close to basics, in touch with nature and what really matters And this is exactly what we found in this precious place. Simplicity, people with immense heart and a lovely place to stay The house is very well equipped, calm and ideally located at reasonable distance from so many points of interest Feeling grateful Thank you for your kindness and memorable moments !!! 3 months already passed and still very present in my memories

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location! Would thoroughly recommend!!

The cottage was beautiful, clean and modern! There was good WiFi at the property. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was lovely! We loved the welcome biscuits too! The farm kept us entertained. The kids loved seeing the horses jumping and the sheep in the fields. Thank you so much for having us xx

A brilliant experience, plenty to see and fabulous hosts!

The hosts at this location go above and beyond to make you feel like a part of the family! We were invited to feed the lambs, visit the horses in the stables and all of the family who own the property took time to chat to us, recommended walks, introduced us to the farm pets and checked in on us more than once. They really go above and beyond. We are already looking to rebook for another trip!

13-07-22 / 17-07-2022 This truly is a home away from home. Everything you need is there and the owners are the loveliest and most welcoming people. We where there with 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect! Lovely surroundings, very clean and well functioning holiday home. Very nice walks, sometimes accompanied by Bo the dog :) We also had lovely little chats with the owners about all sorts of things. We will definitely be back again. All in all 10/10!! Just book it no worries needed. Extra: -It has to bathrooms :)one with a shower/toilet/sink and one with a bath/toilet/sink. -There are 2 air fans available inside the holiday home. -Hairdryer available as well.

Amazing, relaxing and absolutely fantastic

Charming space with amazing views, as it was next to a working farm the feel of space and connection to nature was delightful. The host was exceptional and welcoming, nothing was a bother and I genuinely can't recommend this place more, The interior was modern, looked and felt grand, bedrooms were comfortable, beds and bedding was premium and the place was very clean. it definitely exceeded our expectations and I would definitely be back.

A perfect getaway, we will book again!

A perfect location for us. On a working farm so was hugely fascinating for our son being able to spend time with horses, cows, sheep and the working dog. Very quiet, and peaceful location, allowing us to enjoy the peace and quiet and stargaze. It is isolated but thats what we wanted, it was still close to many local attractions, supermarkets and restaurants etc... The hosts were amazing, very friendly and were always happy to help. We enjoyed getting to know them and all their advise and help. Welcoming and friendly but not intrusive at all.

I'm nit picking. as it was great, but the bath/shower was a little awkward.
