Spread out over three levels, this spacious, mountain home is the perfect retreat for a large family or group getaway to North Georgia! This vacation rental boasts two full kitchens (one on the main floor and one on the lower level) and multiple living spaces furnished with plush sofas and chairs, offering you and yours plenty of space to sprawl out and get comfortable. On the top floor, the kids will find an air hockey table and foosball table, while outside, there are various furnished patios and balconies where you can relax, enjoy your favorite beverages, and take in the views.

The home is just five miles from the marina at Carters Lake when you want to get out on the water in a pontoon boat or spend your day hiking and fishing along the lake's 62-mile shoreline. You'll also be less than 25 miles from the cities of Ellijay and Jasper, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation. For additional outdoor adventure, this home is only 20 miles south of Fort Mountain State Park, which is known for its gorgeous trails and its mysterious and ancient 885-foot-long rock wall.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: The home does have security cameras that point out to the driveway. It is hooked in to the security system.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
