O quarto é amplo, a localização é boa com relação aos pontos turísticos, anfitriã oferece protetor auricular devido ao barulho. Check-in fácil e rápido, recebi as instruções pelo booking e correu tudo bem.

Muito barulho a qualquer hora, tanto da rua quanto de outros quartos. Eu dormi pois faço uso de remédios. Fiquei vários dias e só tinha disponível 2 cápsulas de café e 2 saches de açúcar. Poderia ser um pouco mais servido, assim como sache de shampoo q só tinha 2, precisei comprar sabonete sendo minha última paragem. Não tinha observado na reserva que se quisesse troca de toalhas e roupas de cama, teria que pagar. Pelo valor da diária e os vários dias que fiquei, poderia ter pelo menos uma troca.

Staff are quite unresponsive to messages, and always came across quite cold and rude. On my last day the cleaning women let herself into my room without knocking almost an hour before I was due to check out, then spoke to me in Italian in a very rude tone. Last a bad impression.. Also a lack of attention to detail I had expected, for example they have ‘tea and coffee’ facilities, but I was only given 2 coffee pods and 1 tea bag when I was there for 3 nights, and no teaspoon to make the coffee etc etc.

I really liked the room. It was super clean and tidy, the bed was big and cozy. I looved the cute furniture. The bathroom had all I needed and was super clean. Rosanna the host is friendly and always helpful. Make sure to use the offered airport shuttle service: it's cheap and my driver was the nicest guy eve! The place is super central and has a nice view over the port.

It was loud, of course! I knew that in advance since I can read a map. Since I am from Berlin, I didn't mind much! An ashtray on the balcony would have been great but otherwise I am super happy I stayed there.
