La posizione vicino al porto commerciale ma a due passi dal centro. La casa arredata con gusto. Ben divisa con i giusti spazi. Il terrazzo che abbiamo sfruttato poco causa caldo. L aria condizionata
Le scale. Terzo piano senza ascensore una sofferenza ma accettabile!

Прекрасные апартаменты, с шикарным видом! Не первый раз останавливается в Палермо, в порту, но это исключительное расположение! Очень стильная квартира, обставленная с любовью, видно, что дизайнерский проект. Высоченные потолки, местами видны балки и фрески. Прекрасный вид с балкона. Шикарное патио. До Центро Сторико 10-15 минут прогулочным шагом, до Массимо - 15 минут, до центрального вокзала - 16-17 минут, до Балларо - минут 20. Обязательно вернусь именно в эти апартаменты!
Как уже писали ранее, очень крутой подъем на высокий 3-й этаж. С тяжелыми чемоданами подниматься и спускаться - тот еще квест! Обязательно нужно иметь это ввиду. Видели, как соседи просили местного жителя спустить багаж, за деньги, разумеется. Отсутствует стиральная машина. Но для нас это было не критично, застирывали необходимое вручную.

Perfekt beliggenhet og nydelig leilighet med fantastisk terrasse. Det er strøkent og rent og verten er superhyggelig og tilgjengelig om det er noe. CasaDamare kan anbefales på det varmeste og vi (familie på 6) hadde hadde et helt perfekt opphold her.
Har ikke noe negativt å si.

Casa Demare is a beautiful and characterful home. It suited my family perfectly for a few days in Palmero.
It is three flights up stairs.
