New scandic apartment center in Odessa

стильные апартаменты , в центре города классно ,что пройтись до Дерибасовской или других популярных мест занимает 5-7 минут дворик сам очень атмосферный ,внутренний в доме соседи прикольно включали музыку на улице ,это добавляло особого вайба.мне понравилось !

откусивие освещения в дворах ,пока добираешься ночью было не прям начисто убрано ( перемыть посуду в посудомойке ,потому что были разводы от грязи и засохшие кусочки не отмытой еды,так же в полочках для одежды выдвижных было грязно ..какая то пыль в перемешку с волосами) в целом ,конечно это не критично ,я для себя протерла как мне удобно ,могу понять что возможно не успевали прям идеально убрать после прошлого человека )

Very good location - 5-10 min walk to the city center. The apartament is very stylish, the wardrobe is big, there is a washing machine, a stove and a microwave. The air conditioner is working.

In the exchanged text messages the host didn't give us the apartment number nor the directions and didn't go out to meet us, so it was a bit of a struggle to find the right place (we managed to do so with the help of the locals). The stairway leading to the apartment and the courtyard are in a deplorable condition. There was also no cutlery whatsoever, even though otherwise the kitchen was well equipped.

This place was perfect. Ideal location for the centre of Odessa but tucked away in a small and safe courtyard. The apartment was recently refurbished to the highest standard. Staying out of peak season we got a really good price. Despite being in a very old building the apartment itself is decorated to very modern Scandinavian style and although small it has been cleverly designed to feel spacious. All rooms are excellent with clever shades of lighting and excellent storage in the bedroom. Wifi was excellent throughout our 2 week stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable also. Our host was organised, sincere and polite. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. I cannot fault this apartment and will likely stay again in future.

There was nothing that we did not like.
