The house is beautiful. The location is even more excellent. The first night we came on a taxi, we almost thought it was a mistake as it was low season and most restaurants were closed but turned out O Algar restaurant is still open until late even in low season. It was reasonable pricing, staff were very nice there. Uber and taxis are also operational in this area. Uber is half priced of taxi. The Benagil beach is a few steps down via the famous Trail of the Seven Hanging Valleys, which is accessible from the 2 back corners of Terracos de Benagil (no need to take on the car road). From the beach you can swim or rent a kayak to get to the famous Bengil Cave just very close. We also took a quick Uber trip to Portimao and took a tour on the Pirateship, very interesting trip. Mr Floris, Kim and Olga were all very helpful and responsive. In all, it was a great stay. We plan to return next year.

Just remember to keep the door closed to keep the flies out.
