Casa Carioca

The location is excellent, and we really enjoyed the house and the pool. The house has a charming 70s/80s vibe that gives it a unique character. All amenities were in good working order and functioned perfectly throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. A few minor improvements could make the experience even better: an outdoor shower by the pool would be very welcome, the beds are quite firm, and the water pressure could be stronger. As there are many plants around the property, more frequent visits from the gardener and pool maintenance team would be appreciated. We found ourselves removing leaves and foliage from the terrace every day, but there was no suitable container for disposal. If left outside, the debris quickly attracted ants, which made keeping the terrace clean a bit challenging. One other minor inconvenience was that the doors could sometimes be difficult to unlock, as the key locks are quite old and occasionally require a bit of patience to operate.

Die Finca Casa Carioca liegt wunderschön gelegen ungefähr 300 m vom Strand entfernt in einer tollen ruhigen, hochwertigen Ferienhaus Siedlung. Die Finca ist circa 220 m² groß das Grundstück etwa 1500 m². Sie verfügt über einen 11 × 4 m großen, riesigen Swimmingpool…. Traumhaft auf dem großen Grundstück. Die Verwalterin Paula ist sehr freundlich und unheimlich zuvorkommend. Bei uns hat sie bei den kleinsten Problemen sofort mit Rat und Tat beiseite gestanden. Ich kann Paula sehr empfehlen!!! Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen und konnten richtig gut entschleunigen….. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Die Finca ist schon etwas älter und einige Fliesen im Außenbereich könnten erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles rund um sehr schön.

Large villa in a quiet area close to a beautiful cove beach. Good facilities and clean on arrival.

Clean, cool (not hot!) house in a quiet area. The pool was a good size and had a deep deep end. The area was residential and very quiet, but only five minutes' walk from a very good Italian restaurant and only 10 minutes from an amazing beach. Paula was great and had left some bread, water and fruit for us on arrival, which was ideal following a day's travelling.

WiFi worked, but the internet connection itself was quite slow. It was only really suitable for viewing websites, which wasn't ideal with two kids eager to stream (when they weren't in the pool!).
