ART apartma

The location is very good, in the heart of the city center, although the more comfortable beach (San Simon) is a little bit further, so we needed the car to go there. But all the good restaurants and shops are very near and it is perfect for an evening walk. The apartment is charming, it is in a century old building, but it has been renovated very cleverly. The view from the window is magical. I adored that many pieces of the original building have been retained. We loved the fridge, it's beautiful. The host is very kind, and responsive.

The mattresses are on a bit of the soft side, but they were ok. The kitchen could have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially as the wooden countertop can have stains and the previous guests may not washed all the plastic bowls. The double bad was given a double blanket cover (I never understood who wants to share a blanket) and first I was unhappy about it, but then we've found the single covers in the wardrobe, so we could use them with the (fortunately) single blankets. :) The stairs were challenging with big luggage especially because they are very narrow. (Not suitable for anyone who cannot climb confidently.) We could have used a couple more hangers. (There were 4, but we were 3 of us.) These were minor issues, the overall experience was really good.

Nice and clean apartment in the old town, few minutes walking from the beach, great location!

Excelent location, close to the beach and city center. Spatious apartment, good beds, enough space for 4 people. Werry interesting old building from the Republic of Venice era.

Building enterance needs reconstruction. Apartament needes some new furniture. Sound isolation from adjecent apartaments is poor. Also big isue is fire protection, since everything but the walls is wodden
