About this house rental
This 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath, features 3 queen beds with a futon in the sunroom. The home has ample space for your relaxing stay at the lake! We offer high-speed WiFi great for those times you have to work while on vacation . We have a propane grill and fully equipped kitchen that allows for great meals after a long day of swimming. The back deck offers additional eating space with a 4 person table and an 6 person table available for outdoor dining. If you decide to bring your own boat we have a boat ramp and dock. We are located on a private cove that is perfect for swimming. A kayak and floats are available for guest use. Pets Allowed with pet fee.

We had a 4-day family weekend that included a wedding and this house could not have been more perfect. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful lake, and close to many conveniences. The house itself was well stocked in the kitchen, a very open layout that was inviting to family members that dropped in through the weekend. Views of the lake from the large sunroom & large porch were perfect!! Didn't get to swim but there is a nice ladder on the dock. BOATERS - The only item I would caution about is Lake Bowen is owned by Spartanburg County and you need a special permit (115hp max size outboard) to use your personnel boat.

The house and waterfront were lovely. The home was clean and well equipped HOWEVER the mattresses on the beds were NOT COMFORTABLE as well as none of the couches and chairs. We left early because we couldn’t spend another night there !!!
