    The place was dark and felt dirty. The pictures were misleading. Also, the wifi wasn’t working for two days and I didn’t get a response from the property.

    ⭐ 1/5 — More dungeon than hotel I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was a first — and hopefully a last. The photos and the room I booked seemed to belong to a completely different property. The room was dirty, the bedsheets and towels were far from fresh, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Apparently, I wasn’t just booking a room — I was booking an all-inclusive mosquito resort. 🦟 Noise was another issue, making it difficult to get any proper sleep. And as for the “view”… unless you consider staring at a wall a scenic experience, there really wasn’t one. The room felt dark and more like a dungeon than a hotel room. I kept expecting someone to hand me a torch and tell me where the exit was. What made it worse was that the actual room was nothing like what was advertised or what I thought I had booked. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but this experience had so many problems that I feel future guests should know what they are getting into. In short: dirty, noisy, mosquitoes everywhere, no view, and a room that didn’t match the advertised one. Definitely not a place I would stay again.

    I’m a GM at a hotel so I can understand some deficiencies but this is beyond anything I ever expected. 1. Even though the room is ready, they don’t let you check in- “company policy” but no other reasoning. Although eventually I was able to check in. 2. The floor was filthy. See picture of towel as I attempted to clean it myself. The TV clearly wasn’t working. There were ants all over the counter and table. 3. Arrived back to the hotel to find ants all over my pillows and bed. 4. Moved rooms - staff speak no English at all- no apologies- just seemed normal to them. Again TV inoperable. Bum gun doesn’t work and no toilet paper. How do you clean your ass? 5. 7am construction on a Saturday right outside the room. 6. It’s dark and dirty in the hallways and stairwells. Something out of a horror movie. Buyer beware if you choose.
